Boathouse is a one–bedroom cottage with a screened–in porch that extends out over the water.

The cottage sleeps four, with a double bed in the bedroom and a hideaway sofa in the living room.

Cottage Rates are weekly - Saturday to Saturday

Spring/Fall (April 1 - June 18 and September 11 - October 31) - $975

Summer (June 19 to September 10) - $1,395
