RESORT COTTAGES
Each with two bedrooms a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Pine Interior. One is handicap accessible. Resort Cottage Rates are Weekly Sunday to Sunday.
Cottages may be available nightly in the spring and fall. Call for availability!
Spring and Fall $1,195 per week
Summer $1,795 per week

Cottage Policies:
  • Minimum Rates based on a party of 1 to 4.
  • $75.00 for each additional person (weekly).
  • Weekly rates do not include continental breakfast or maid service.
  • Free use of kayaks or canoes from 9am to 7pm.
  • $15.00 per day for dockage.
  • $5.00 per day guest fee.
  • Smoking only on porches.
  • Pets are acceptable by prior arrangement at $15.00 daily.
  • All units are heated and have a kitchen and bathroom.
  • Check in time is between 2:00 - 8:00 p.m.  Check out time: 9:00 a.m.
  • Please give prior notice for late arrival.
  • Weekly Cottages are available on a nightly basis during the off season only.

Main Lodge and Guest House Policies:

  • Prices include continental breakfast, maid service, and kayak or canoe usage from 9am to 7pm.

  • $10.00 for each additional person, cot or crib.

  • $15.00 per day for dockage.

  • $5.00 per day guest fee.

  • Smoking only on porches

  • Check In Time is between 1:00 and 8:00 p.m. Check out: 11:00 a.m.

  • Prices subject to change without notice.

  • It is our policy NOT to accept pets in the lodge.

  • Please give prior notice for late arrival.

  • We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard

Deposit Policy:
Must be received by us within seven days of making the reservation. Please include 50% deposit for each stay ( a one night stay is payable in advance). We request full payment upon arrival. All rates subject to the Maine 7% lodging tax. Personal checks are accepted for deposits (please allow 3 weeks to clear).
Cancellation Policy:
Four weeks prior to reserved date, a full refund, less a 20% service charge of the total rental, will be made ONLY if the room / cottage is re-rented. Your payment will not be refundable after the 4 week deadline. No refunds on early check outs.
 
Directions:
Take Exit 63 (Formerly Exit 11) off the Maine Turnpike, turn left on Route 115. Proceed approximately 7 miles. Take a  right on to Route 302. Go past Windham Mall and take a left at the 3rd traffic light. This is Whites Bridge Road. Go 1 mile and we are just over the bridge on your left
